Lightning and surges are common sources of interference in power systems, and they can pose serious threats to electrical equipment and systems. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of the electrical components inside the protective shell of the cabinet electrical box, measures must be taken to prevent lightning and surges from causing damage to the equipment.

In addition, in order to improve the lightning protection and surge protection performance of the cabinet's electrical box protective shell, other measures can also be taken. For example, a metal shielding layer is installed on the outside of the protective shell to reduce the interference of lightning and surges on internal electrical components; a surge protector is installed on the inside to limit the impact of surge voltage on electrical components; and use of resistant materials is used in key parts. High voltage, surge resistant electrical components and materials, etc.
In short, the protective shell of the cabinet electrical box needs to consider lightning protection and surge protection to improve its safety and stability. By adopting design and manufacturing that complies with lightning protection standards, adding surge suppression devices and other measures, internal electrical components can be effectively protected from damage by lightning and surges.
